WRITTING ABOUT MY SELF

My name is Tanti Jumai Syaroh Siregar. My nickname is Tanti. I was born in Medan on 25 November 1988. I live at Bunga Raya Street Medan Selayang. I have 3 younger sisters and one young brother. My father has been working as a civil servant and my mother was just a housewife. I have hobby of reading books  and listening to music.

I entered primary school at age 6 years old at SD  060973 Medan in 1994 and graduated in 2000. After that I continued my study to  Junior High School 30 Medan and graduated in 2003. Then I continued my study to the SMA 15 Medan and completed in 2006. Then I followed the exam admission selection  and I was accepted at  State University of Medan at  mathematics education program in August 2006.

I was very happy can be accepted at UNIMED because many people want to be student of UNIMED but they did not pass on the examination. I had been getting a lot of lessons  from my lectures when I college at UNIMED, I am also happy have many good friends , I was following  PPL in SMA Negeri 2 Binjai at the time of the semester 7.  I get real experience on how to become a teacher by the way of direct teaching practice when I was following PPL. I teach in class X and XI IPA. When I was in my 8th semester I began writing proposal under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Asmin, M Ed. And I completed my study in June 2011  of that time we should in April 2011 but delayed up to 2 months because there is change of rector in UNIMED.

After I graduated from my college I tried to find jobs at several schools and courses. I received as math teacher in SMP Nusa Penida Medan and as a math tutor at Quantum Course. I had been teaching mathematic for a year at both of places and I have many got the lessons and experiences in teaching mathematics and also how to teaching  students who have a different character. Each student has  attitude, abilities, different interests and as a teacher I should be able to understand it. I feel my knowledge is still limited and I want to get better employment opportunities in the future so I decided to continue my studies to the graduate program State University of Medan, and I choose mathematics education program
